Shipping

We ship all orders within 2 working days of order placement. Bulk orders may require more time to ship and you will be contacted in this case. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We ship via courier and it may take up to 5 business days to receive your order after shipment. The estimated delivery time depends on the following factors.

• The product availability with us The destination to which you want the order shipped The availability of courier service We ship anywhere within India and shipments outside India are made on special requests, because this may require more formalities for shipment. We refuse to treat shipping as a profit center as do so many online stores. We are working behind a motive to help farmers by collecting products directly from them with no intermediates and provide our customers with the best products with no preservatives and chemicals added. We also understand the importance of receiving your order as quickly as possible. We are constantly working to improve transit times while still being able to offer free shipping. We do not collect any hidden charges when you purchase on spicefarm.com. The prices you see on the product page are final and that is exactly what you would pay. Bank transfer is the only payment method with spices farm now and we will start processing the shipping only after confirms the payment has done.

Delivery Time

Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors:

“Availability”. Every product detail’s page will show a value similar to “Usually Ships in 2-3 days”. It is also noted in the Shopping Cart, and informs you of how quickly an item will be ready to ship out. For example, some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). The “Availability” value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the “Availability” timeframe, but please do not count on that.
Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on “business” days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it’s impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers.

Delivery Policy

We ship & Deliver products in cardboard mailers/boxes as product is packed in pet bottles. 
In case, if the products are found damaged while it reaches your hands, you are free to request for a new order or refund.
